How do vacuum pack machines work

Home Page News Blog How do vacuum pack machines work

Vacuum packing machines work by removing the air from a bag or container, then sealing it to prevent air from re-entering. This process, known as vacuum sealing, prolongs the freshness of food by slowing down the growth of bacteria and mould. Vacuum packing machines can be manual or automatic, and they typically consist of a sealing bar, a vacuum pump, and a control panel. The user places the food in a specially designed bag, and then the bag is placed in the machine. The machine then removes the air from the bag and seals it. The result is a tightly sealed bag with minimal air inside, which helps to preserve the food for a longer period of time.
